 I am truly appreciative that the citizens of Hancock County have elected me three times as County Commissioner. Over the past fourteen years I have valued the job, its challenges and most of all working with the citizens. Through our efforts, Hancock County has grown to become a stronger county, meeting individual community needs, focusing on infrastructure and establishing a ‘Rainy Day Fund.’ Due to the retirement of Senator Ed Bowman, I have decided to run for the 1st District Senate Seat. I believe that I can best serve Hancock, Brooke and Ohio Counties by focusing my energies at the state level. It is of vital importance that we elect a representative who can effectively fight for and execute the issues that are essential to the Northern Panhandle. To do this, I need your help.
